2004-07-07 [hallolizzie]: Really?@kaiyen's power ball thingies: Well, whenever I try and channel my personal energy/power/monkey wahtever, I start to shake and it feels liek my entire body goes stiff... but it actualyl doesn't. Then I start twitching really bad, and then i start breathing weird, and my heart slows down or speeds up, and then i have to stop because I can't take it. Usually I can just slip in and out of that phase, but one time I got stuck for about 5 mins and it was pretty scary... my ears starting ringing and i heard everything like you do when you cover your ears in the shower... I think i might be having mild seizures or soemthing... jeez.. lol

2004-07-07 [hallolizzie]: I go for a whole day eating good for me food... or no food at all, and at the end of the night, i've managed to eat at least two chocoalte bars. WHY? WHY CAN'T I STOP THE URGES! THERE'S GOTTA BE A SPELL FOR PETE'S SAKE GOD. 2004-07-07 [Maximum Kai]: Mito have you tried grounding and centering before you tried to focus your energy try that first before doing any energy work it usually helps and if that doesnt help you can try to focus your energy into an object that you created in your mind that will allow you to store extra energy that how I taught my friends I told them to imagine a crystal rose for one in the middle of a lake the crystal rose acts as a focus point for her to store her energy and the lake act as a filter so she can take only the energy she needs another one of my friend i told them to create a tree trunk that has a naturally form book ontop of it and she is to write down all her thoughts and energy into that book

2004-07-08 [hallolizzie]: lil_one, I personally find dream symbolism a great way to work out my problems. Now, I don't know the entire problem, but i am just going to venture that maybe, at this time, he doesn't WANT to be found. however, like I said, once you've done it enough times, reaching into your subconcious can really help. It's like, to me, your subconcious is a diviniation tool all in its own. Of crouse it will take some time to get it down, but every night before you sleep, light a silver or white candle, for the moon, and maybe place a picture next to it to help your concentration. Visualize the person in your mind, and try and keep that person in your thoughts for as long as possible.

Or something like that, god I don't know, it's crappy but it seems apporopriate. but as I said, he may not want to be found. Do this, like, constantly, cuz the most important things don't just pop up. They take time. (belive me- it's true.) And of course good luck! (If it's that important, you may want to create a spell to find him, OR to find the crystal. Call upon some.. um... "finding" dieties... I think something like that... 2004-07-09 [hallolizzie]: No light but he is alive... it could be that he has in fact run away, and if you are connecting with him then maybe, on a psycholgical level, he's scared and is surrounded by supposed darkness... maybe depression. He might feel like there's no way out, hence the small space. I would suggest experimenting with lucid dreams (look at your hands when you're dreaming, and you'll be in control) and either try and find just where he is or at least talk to him, send him some good energy vibes. Don't appear scared-it will make it worse. Tell him he'll be ok. Yes, you are definetly having these for a reason... once he is found I would make sure he felt loved and needed.

This isn't for me, it's for a very-"clean" friend of mine, and I'm actually getting kind of worried...Everytime I'm around her I feel all shaky and ill at ease...and one time she actually started crying from the pain, and she never cries from pain...she's broken quite a few bones and all that, but this is the first time she's cried for that. She got all these tests done and crap and the doctors say she has a clean slate. They say it's just heartburn/indegestion, but somehow I think other wise.

They started going out in sept. 2003, then broke up in oct.2003. THEN she went out with another guy who she INSISTED she was getting married to. A month later, they broke up. In january2004, after two other "in love" relationships, she got back together with the 20 year old perv. So she counts since sept, all the way up until now as their realtion.
